The Polar Express

So, this is officially Tyler's favorite movie of the season. He watched it literally every single day during the month of December. He would wake up in the morning, sneak downstairs without disturbing me, and put on THE POLAR EXPRESS. Well, we decided as a gift for the boys this year, we would take them on The Polar Express. So, we set it all up! We made sure to watch the movie together the night before, and kept it a secret until the day of. On Saturday, December 18th we told the boys we were taking them on a REAL train ride. They were so excited! We drove over an hour to the railway station so the fun could begin. The train looks like the train from the movie, you come in your pajamas, they punch your ticket, serve hot cocoa and cookies, and of course you get a bell and meet Santa. The boys LOVED IT! Tyler continued to point out the similarities between the movie and our ride. What a great way to experience the Magic of Christmas.
